Captive Curse Scholars: Enter south Haven link will take you to door way but wont auto navigate and even manual navigate and kill 2 monsters in there won't let you do anything else and no teleporter

You may need to upgrade to another level before proceeding. This sometimes happens at certain points in the game. You may have to grind up to the next level. Good Luck

I posted in both places because i wasn't sure if it was technical or bug related. And It is not a level with hold I am in the middle of it it just stopped working it isn't too far after required level 25 to proceed.
My quest has completely disappeared.
