Ran all the math over about 50 runs against both lance and multiple players in PVP with and without greater rampart. Overall damage reductions was 55.56% (could go out farther, don't want to). Well below the 70% intended. This is something that shouldn't be "random" etc. Why has Ahmose's skill been nerfed?
