    Well, I'd say that if we need new Runes, we need them to have power level in between the top three yellows (Vengeance, Endurance, Reliability) and the other yellows. The gap between the two is ridiculous (so not only are the top three give two bonuses at the same time but also better bonuses? Sweet mother of God/Buddha/Science/Whatever-entity-you-worship).
