Anyone else just start getting this error message after refreshing and loaded new client patches?

"Disconnect from server. Refresh. Code 1"

this is getting old fast tynon.... get things together.... we pay money to play game and we shouldn't have issues daily...

since 5 Mins ago Server 4 shows the seam Problem

Seams the Problem only applies to Players who have used the cart dealer.
