For some reason, you can't enroll in the last 24hrs of CWF countdown.
I had also forgotten to enroll signed up 19 sec before the timer was about to end today, you have to sign up before 12.00 pm on the day of CW which is 8hrs before the battles start, not sure when the enrollment starts though
