It's disgusting how the vultures and power-whores treated someone new to this game. I was having the same issues with the pirates part of the game...

Here's a few places where you lost me as a customer. Use them as you see fit:

1) The forum moderators should treat issues as a customer service situation. Recognize that the customer is giving you the gift of bothering to tell you about their experience rather than simply walking away without a word. You have the opportunity to make a friend and a customer. In my case, you failed to do so and have lost a customer. You failed because your first response was simply to brush off my concerns.

2) I highly recommend to everyone who said things such as "Boo hoo!" that you'll be more successful in everything you do if you react positively instead of negatively. I gave this game a solid week to earn my business and gave the designers and players a chance to demonstrate their worth. Some people, such as Kae, have demonstrated that marvelously. Others, not so much. I have respect for Kae and people like him. I have pity for those others.

Since this is the game and the environment that you wish to generate, I bid you farewell and good luck.

Seeing how members and moderators treated this person was a disgrace. Members like mattp169, Nooberix, Rocco and especially Herby Will be the down-fall of this PvP game. I am out of here too and will not recommend this game to my gaming group. The name really should be Tyrant.

Trista you should be giving 100m power, infinate coins/credits, 100 sails a day, noone should be able to atk you, when you atk you always win, you dont need to be looged to finish assistant, you win and get everything, thats fair right?

I treated the said person with the up most respect and gave them some advance while explaining that this being a PvP, complaining about being attacked really isn't beneficial. I certainly don't like being called disrespectful by someone who is clearly not taking losing too well. I am volunteer and a player, I don't work for Tynon or uCool in any shape or form and therefore can't help anyone with their CS issues.

We all win and we all lose and how we deal with both is how we grow as people. You can't begin playing a PvP game then create a thread saying it's bad game design when you get attacked and lose because you don't like it. Yes some of the comments were....a little harsh but yourself and the OP of the aforementioned thread came across as thoroughly patronising and criticising something those guys enjoy. Those guys aren't bullies, they've just playing a game they're good at and enjoy.

Another great thing about Tynon it's an incredibly social game and personally by creating a closed guild you all missed out on one of the most enriching part of the game, meeting new people from all walks of life.

Whatever you as group decide and yes I know Stacy is a friend of yours please take my advice and take it forward into any game you as a group play.
