Overall these are alright.
The main thing I don't like is your "Alter Ego"; would make heroes WAY overpowered.

I was thinking that they could come up with another Rune to counter-act that Alter Ego one, that balances things out.
I couldn't think of a name for it at this time, so I left it off the list for now.
Thanks for pointing out that omission, it needed to be said in advance of any implementation.
