where are my missing 23 maze tokens?

this is not a rant! this is a simple request to whoever has control over these issues! going back to last friday, saturday and sunday i put in multiple tickets to support highlighting the issue i was having with maze tokens just simply disappearing never to be seen again no matter what i did ( refreshing screen, clearing cache etc etc). tynon replied acknowledging that there was indeed a glitch which was causing this issue and for that i applaud them. however, that has not brought back my missing 23 maze tokens and to that end i'd very much like it if this can be rectified promptly as these are items desperately needed for a players progression in the game.

It always takes them time to restore things you will just have to wait and use other resources till then

This might be a long shot, but the same thing happened to me. After a Lab run I checked inventory thinking for sure I would have 23 tokens, I only had 11. Started to freak and thought of submitting a ticket, but checked "redeem" in the Lab first. It indicated I had 23 tokens. This continued right through to when I should have had the 80 needed for Ironheart Spirit, my inventory only had 68, but redeem showed 80 and it gave me the plans. So just a thought, check "redeem" to see if your missing tokens have been accounted for.

this was one of the first area's i checked buddy! simply put.......the little ***ers have upped and disappeared on me. hopefully, once whoever it is from the tynon team that deals with these matters comes back from their prolonged coffee break, i might get them refunded to my account......make that i'd better get them refunded to my account as i spent gems doing labyrinths 3 and 4 every day to help speed up the process of token collection.
