So when does these fragments become useless? Once you have what you need.. and with no mage divine runes, I don't see much benefit in continuing to accumulate these fragments. Are there any plans for them for people who are accumulating them?
The fragment drop rate has not changed, and most of the numbers here are about what we would expect to see.
frags become useless after you have obtained 2400 frags at this point. This will let you get 3 of all 3 runes for the 5 in form plus the 3 subs we will eventually have.
2400 fragments lol i am gonna die collecting coins for this , lets say the drop rate is 1 fragment per 5 mil coins , 2400*5 Mil = 12 bil coins ? Hell
At an approximate cost of 492m coins to craft a level 12 rune from scratch- thats 3 heroes fully equipped with level 12 runes to obtain 2400 frags at a rate of 1 frag per 5m coins
Before the last patch I averaged a frag ever 2.5 mil coins. Now it's about 3.2. Dawn says it hasn't changed, but I would disagree lol
I averaged a frag for every 1.5M coins last Friday. I spent 60M coins and got 40 fragments.
Then Saturday, I spent 60M coins and got 2 fragments.
Averages out to be about 3M per fragment.
Its just that you have predetermined, "lucky," streaks and predetermined, "unlucky," streaks. If you are only spending 20-30M coin at a time, you won't get reliable statistics. But the more you spend, the more closer your data will resemble the true mean. This is convergence to the mean, which only applies with a large enough sample size.
Just like how you have some heroes that take 1000 stars to get to 7, and other heroes that take 30. But overall, it averages out to the true statistical mean.
