I have been playing now for about two weeks straight and have noticed that the being online prize box disappears from the game when you get it about two times. Now I put a lot of time into playing the game and have been promoting it to all my friends and co works to join on and enjoy this game. I have left reports of this issue with support and I don't get a reply back on the issue
