Guild host and VH bonus idea.

i am a host and i dont like this idea at all. you choose to be a host, if other players don't want to be vh because the "job" requires to much of them, then they would have ended up being crappy vh's anyhow. people should want the job and be happy to get it. not just want it cause you get extra stuff.

I say face it you're obviously not going to get your way in this situation
And for your information Greenly is a brilliant player who I know and I can assure you that she certainly doesnt live in a fairytale world as everything she says is her being serious

Nothing to do with getting "my way" , if you want to go along oblivious to whats happening with good players dropping out then so be it, like i i said, everything is not peaches and cream and fuzzy and warm in Tynon world , it maybe that it just hasn't affected you "yet".

All I was doing was trying to come up with a few ways to keep players playing but hey, I guess some of you know best....

How about giving the Host and VHs some kind of bonus say after lvl 4 guild. Like a 5% less BS cost or some such thing, finding it hard to get players to take VHs spots and since there is no incentive to be a VH why not stay just a normal player with no hassles, cant blame them really.

This is quite a unique idea.

They should add more ranks aside from host and vh in a guild.

Make things a bit more social i guess?

There is a huge difference between server 1-10 and the higher servers.
On higher servers there are not many people active. A bonus, however small, might help to get people to do the VH job.
It seems that the first 10 servers have less trouble getting people to do the jobs that take a bit more responsibility.
Granted, I feel like it isn't much more, but for others being VH is daunting apparently.
I don't disagree with this. I mean, the VP gets rewards for doing his job right? .

5% less BS is given when players have their guild reach lvl 4 science museum and when they save 1000 guild contribution to research Mr popularity, so just giviing it away for Host/VH would be a waste.

If their are benefits for host/vh it can be easily exploited by other players as well by creating alt guilds and just rejoin the main every 12 hrs for GW and other events.
