    What is this, "use the force," business Morgan? I've heard Herby mention it too in another thread regarding the labyrinth.

    Using CWF tickets has helped bumped most my heroes past 6 stars. They're now at 7 and 8 which means I have the joyous task of attempting to get them up to 9. As I said before some go up easily, others don't. My Lancelot shot up to 8, while my Cianna isn't budging from 6. I just have to keep at it, it will go up eventually.

    Wasn't aware Herby used the term too but it means use what's out there or common sense, in this case improve your game. It's a phrase that's been coined from of course Star Wars

    Same developer...CS isn't much better here if at all.

    Tynon's CS is way better than Evony's.

    Can't even compare.

    Turnaround time for tickets there were days and weeks counting.

    In Tynon, if you word your ticket well with complete information, a reply (not canned) is expected within 1-2 days only.

    Most of the time, those players who don't receive replies to their tickets, or get canned replies, don't word their issues that well. They just rant out without having an open mind in trying to help fix the game.

    I usually got a reply on my Evony tickets in about 1-3 days most of the time. There was the one time where my account got hacked (and legitimately hacked, had never given information out) and destroyed. They replied to my ticket right away and said they would restore my account. However, they made me wait 3 weeks, and then they stripped me of everything but 2 cities and 1 hero lol

    In my experience this is not true. I submit clearly explained tickets with screen scrapes showing the problem and what I usually get is the can reply. We are investigating' or something like that and never hear from them again.
