In Tynon, if you word your ticket well with complete information, a reply (not canned) is expected within 1-2 days only.

Most of the time, those players who don't receive replies to their tickets, or get canned replies, don't word their issues that well. They just rant out without having an open mind in trying to help fix the game.
In my experience this is not true. I submit clearly explained tickets with screen scrapes showing the problem and what I usually get is the can reply. We are investigating' or something like that and never hear from them again.
