Question about BLOCK Rune

So can Block Rune (Resistance) block special skill attacks from other melees?

I have only seen the special skill attacks being dodged, but never blocked.

Block may reduce the damage some but will never block a skill attack.

I have yet to see a special attack "blocked" ever. I'd like some confirmation on this. Only normal non-specials attacks have been blocked.

Yes you can block skill attacks.

There's a "special" block number required to do this which is a closely kept secret.

Skill attacks cannot be blocked at all.

this last weekend we had our top player from the server end up in heavens palace. his bloodstorm in rune palace was blocking skill attacks like from calvin and hiting him back with a physical attack (NOT with a skill attack even tho he had full morale and due to him placing blood in the top corner he would block the skill attack, counter with a physical attack and then on the second hit (his first hit) attack with a skill attack.
so you can block single skill attacks (from calvin for example) but can not block and counterattack AOE skill attacks (from adam for example).
