Give your best sword and spirit to Blood. That works for me.

lol how did u kill him with this formation....its pretty impossible.. main against 2 top , main dies in 2 -3 hits .. definitely can't kill those on top...

That formation is the 2nd replay on my server, except it did not have a sub. It worked the first time. Have not had to kill him again because I got all the plans I needed from Banish.

@Andy seems like you've killed him before they buff him.

The formation i used to kill him was :

Bloodstrom , Pompey, Main

Maria, X , Ahmose

Sub Saffron

Best Gears on Pompey.

I killed less than two weeks ago. It is the first replay (Gina), not the 2nd one. It was not a comfortable victory, but a narrow one. The comfortable victory was for the snake after him. That is the one I used the 2nd replay.

For Pursuer I gave the best equipment to Blood (level 99 spirit and 90+ sword) and all my attack talents are maxed out. The defense ones were at around 95 at the time (maxed out now). Maybe it was a fluke, but it did happen.

what exactly are the differences in their skills?

Greater Ramparts description is 70% dmg reduction and 30% block increase, but based on recent tests, it looks like it has been reduced to 55%. Not sure if they changed the block. They haven't updated the description. Saffron's is, I think, a 60% dmg reduction (without increase block). My own tests on a HR boss and PVP practice shows better dmg reduction from Saffron (almost identical phys and skill defense)

Finally and finally i got past Persuer , 3 Hours for non stop hitting and my adam was able to take out all minions before QP tanked Persuer
