Justice RELIC in Bank Disappeared

This is horrible. It took a lot to craft up to Justice Relic, and it is still showing up in the BS.

This is unacceptable

Customer service should get you fixed. Did you try the suggestion of putting a naked hero in your formation and clicking "Okay" when it asks if you want to equip items?

I have been updating my ticket since Jan 31. No response yet and I am a high VIP, probably paid for a couple of their production servers if not more.

I also tried to place a naked into formation. But the issue is my items are in the bank an not in the inventory when this disappeared. So if I place what is remaining in the inventory, it equips them, but the relic. The relic is still showing up in BA and I can upgrade it... and embed gems in it. But it is no longer showing in the bank and i searched every hero.. on no one. But it would not be on anyone, because it was originally in the bank when it disappeared. It disappeared from the bank AFTER i Embedded the gems from the black smith. Maybe this had something to do with it Do not embed when items are in the bank?

I opened 2 tickets. Here are the ticket nmbers if you can pass this along to the support or the DEV team.

735661 ticket 1 since Jan 31 (no one has responded to)
737253 ticket 2 I opened today (as a billing issue after buying more gems today). I also referenced the first ticket in this on.

I hope someone looks into this and gets back with me.

This is serious matter as relics are hard to get as is for the Justice relic to disappear.
