No nerfs to any heroes recently. I notice people think their heroes were nerfed quite often. I think this has to do with comparative techs in PvP and random being random. We only nerf things if there is a serious problem as generally our system for balance works out rather well.

lvl 8 rune gives 120 and flavius makes u not skill first round unless lvl 9 rune so he most take 21+

yea a lvl 9 rune makes u safe to first round morale deducted for sure and thats 130 or max 140 morale so at most 39 but 25 sounds right

It is crazy how unobservant some of you are. As someone who never invested in endurance runes until last week, I can tell you as of 3 days ago they took off 40. I never needed a morale rune over 6 before him. I slowly built 1 up until I was safe from him. The answer? 140. 140 a level 10 was the only thing that saved me from flavius. I have been hit by flavius a lot since dragonian introduced us to his power through CW. Through testing beyond my own it was found that 160 was the safe number (thanks humanity and soul) (3weeks ago) Last week Soul started mentioning flavius is not acting right. That is when I started builing up my morale runes 10 morale at a time. Now, I have not brought him out, in the past 3 days, but if you guys are claiming he does less than 40 now, guess what, another stealth nerf. I swear if I log him in and see 40 morale drops, I am going to start calling out some of you idiots who type before testing.

140 - 40 = 100, the amount needed to launch a skill shot....

To my knowledge he has never taken of more then 25 morale at a time.
For that reason he was most useful to do his skill after all did their skillattack against those with endurance build up to lvl 9.
Will check the reruns of CW fights to see though.
