I think you're on drugs, as herja gives 33 morale. So for herja not to work they'd have to drop from 140 to 66.

I stand corrected then. He must be taking off 25.

But definitely he never took off 40, much less 60.

i believe its 20 and the skill can crit and doubles up morale loss, but i could be entirely off on that one since i dont use him but in pvp against others i sometimes seem fine and in other times not
