Seek your advice on running a guild

Hiya everybody was wondering if any of you can help me out I am left with running a guild. The host left after playing for a year because of some new changes in the HR that pissed him off and the vice hosts left a long time ago because of all the bugs and another went to a newer server. So since I am the highest lvl at that time and the most active player I am left with running the guild. I tell you frankly I have never taken any position in any game before always just a low profile player that just goes along for the ride. So any pointers? Thanks

No active player except me the rest of them around 10 are weekend or after 8pm players ( all working if you see 1 in the afternoon he is sick or on holiday ) atm ours is a lvl 3 guild holding no towns as all are taken by another uber guild.

With VH and Host gone, your guild is pretty much dooooooooomed. Once you convince your guildmates that you are the New Supreme Ruler, tell them to leave that guild, make a new one, and start from scratch.

If you are not comfortable doing it, find another person or if you are the most active and kinda clueless, think about joining another guild and disband yours. Lots of info missing here to advise much else.

I'd say promote somebody and then join another guild

Send in a ticket explaining the situation, Tynon should make you the host. That simple.

actually he did not say if he got promoted or not.. but thats indeed important..

and further theres not much to do just bid on guildwars if you have them and kick recuit players and upgrade guild.
