I think I may have finally figured it out

If i could click the training tab and watch my Exp go up i may just go do that.. but my exp dont go up

And we do all interact, its just normally to pick out the many flaws we encounter daily.

I reached level 110, and my exp is rising, so I'm confused. There is a level 120 reward box as well.
