The goal is to be the first guild to get 3 (or w.e ... might depend on # of players) ships to the other side. Each team is on the opposite side of the river and have 5 boats to board. Similar to sailing right now: You need a left map and right map to sail, and the first map to board will be the reward to whoever sinks you. There is a 5 mins cooldown if you lose an attack, and you need to have no map in order to attack someone. Damage accumulates when you sail, but it only takes 5 minutes to reach the other side. You can perform operations: change map (switches to opposite map), ditch map, get map (assigns random) at the cost of 3 minutes. After you complete a sail, you will automatically sail back (and cannot be attacked, but need to wait the 5 minutes before you can do stuff again).
What I like about this is one powerful player is not enough to win (especially with accumulated damage) and communication is vital to victory. Each player will contribute to a role, and they will also be forced to constantly switch roles.
Endless Mode
The basic idea of endless mode is difficult mobs that accumulate damage with 1 free daily challenge a day (and additional challenges could be purchased for gems because tynon likes making money).
It could start off as a copy of all the HR bosses with more hp and damage and then slowly approach banish level hp's, so even the top players will be kept busy for weeks per boss.
It gives us something else to do. There is a strategy in how to beat certain mobs, but also on who to focus on everyday as you weaken the mob even if you lose.
