if you remember your email it should send a mail to u... maybe contact support?
I do remember my email, but it never send a mail to me. support does not reply on my email(s).... don't know what to do now??
Support replies every time you send a ticket, click on the ticket number to check they wont mail you, if their not responding I'd be surprised.

You need to check your spam folder for email from us. The password recovery feature definitely works as I've tested it myself.
Well, i'am sorry to say it Dawnseeker, but I did never ever receive a email neither in my normal inbox or spam folder....
It will go to the email address that you used to create the account (the one you log in with) unless you provided another one in the 2nd Email tabb of My Account. Also, if you provided a challenge question in the Account Protection tab you can use that to recover the password.
Nope, i didn't provide some other email address. I also didn't make a account protection. I try the recover methode 20 times already, but didn't receive any email from it....
