Well, i'am sorry to say it Dawnseeker, but I did never ever receive a email neither in m normal inbox or spam folder....

It will go to the email address that you used to create the account (the one you log in with) unless you provided another one in the 2nd Email tabb of My Account. Also, if you provided a challenge question in the Account Protection tab you can use that to recover the password.

Nope, i didn't provide some other email address. I also didn't make a account protection. I try the recover methode 20 times already, but didn't receive any email from it....
