Players have been using an exploit to gain free gems.
This has been on the down low until this week when the exploit has spread like wildfire.
Basically, they don't claim the Starting Sail reward envelope whenever they do Caribbean.
These all stack up. They claim them all on Saturdays.
One can get up to 250 free gems each week if you have the Jengu npc.
This doesn't count Saturday sails even.
I'm hoping this gets fixed soon.
You can not sail unless you claim your envelope from the sail, My son just informed me this morning he forgot to claim his sail yesterday and got 5 gems this morning. So you can not stack up sails for the entire week and get them on saturday only one sail. I have tested this.

Do not publish exploits in the forum. Submit a ticket instead.

I also did that. Hoping this gets resolved faster.
Seeing players talk about it in wc seems really off I think.
Tynon allowed this when they couldnt code the auto rewards for setting sail.

There's a difference between "allowed" and "overlooked".
Making it so that having unclaimed Starting sail envelopes will not allow you to start a new sail should solve this exploit.

Herby created this with the best intentions but like all exploits, hacks and cheats it needs to reported through Customer Support.
