It's not about how much damage the big players get, it's about how much damage the smaller players are able to do.
You are assuming smaller players do the same amount of damage with the nerf on stunning, which I'm not sure is true or not. Anyway, nothing about this suggestion makes things any better or more interesting. AoE heroes are supposed to be worse than single target heroes in banish right now- queen B is good for other stuff.

This gives smaller players a chance to excel, and also discourage big players to power down to fight the smaller banish boss due to the scaled rewards
I do like this idea if there were a lot of active players in the servers. Depending on where the cutoff point is, in our Realm we would end up with not enough player on either side to beat them. Before any of this can work se need to consolidate some servers so there are enough active players to make it work. An alternative, at least on servers 1-10, would be to hat the noob Banish be cross Realm so all the noobs in the server can work together.

I love this idea. At the very least a couple of banish events could be slated for hours not during the typical 9-5 work hours.

To be positively honest, more banishes would be ok, but its just more events in general we need.

It would work, but only in the short term. With school/college/work there will be 'peak times' and since these Banish events would have the most players, they would be the biggest and most profitable. The lesser Banish would be all but ignored.

The reason bigger banishes are more profitable is because they last longer and give you more rounds of hitting. If lesser banishes are ignored, and you are one of the only ones fighting it and it takes you around 50 minutes to kill it, you could even earn more money this way. The less popular banishes give each individual a higher chance of getting the last hit too, so I think it will balance itself out in a way.

The suggestion wouldn't really help my server much since there aren't enough people (maybe after server merges?), but I think it is a good suggestion.

I don't agree wholly with the OP.

Instead, I believe that the Banish Bosses need to be made harder, need to have some variety in them.

I like the suggestion that the Banish Bosses be given Defense values, and a random boost in either Skill Resistance, Magic Resistance, Dodge, or Block, that varies everyday.

The big players tend to have put the most time/money/effort into the game so of course they are going to be on top, if the game mechanics change, they will adapt and still easily remain on top.

The OP basically complained about the large gap between big and small players and then proceeded to propose a change to the game that would screw over the small players on just about every current server and make it many times more difficult to catch up.

I saw someone propose adding banishes for different power brackets which would be one of the stupidest things tynon could possibly do. Separating players based on a number that is essentially the sum of all of a heroes stats plus the worth of the hero's skill (in the eyes of the devs) is a terrible idea. You have to have the big players to make the bigger and more profitable banishes possible without big players the small players would be almost certainly stuck in a smaller banish with smaller rewards.

Currently there is nothing wrong with banish so leave it as it is. Add a few more during the day with players only allowed to do 2 max. That should make most happy ( bearing in mind you cannot make everyone happy)
