Purple heroes with more base power than gold

Anyone noticed the base power on some purple heroes like General Djehuty is higher than the base power of the gold heroes ? His power is higher than Dawnbringer, Shayd, Rhize, and Adamanti. Shouldn't the base power of the gold Heroes Be higher than the purples ? Just curious, didn't know if anyone else noticed this. But you can compare them in the Tavern redeem. I had a guild mate who hadn't noticed this until I pointed it out. It would, to me make more sense to have the gold with a higher base power level than a purple hero.

Power in base heroes is a gauge of that hero's overall worth based mostly on the hero's skill, which is given a preconceived weight by the game's designers.

Sometimes, a skill isn't really as useful as its weighted to be.

is it not based on your current talents? so if you have more mage talent a mage will have more base power? etc?
