Searing desert

I just finished the 2 maps for Searing desert ( the death desert) and ( illusion desert). Each stage when I finished the map it showed me getting the rewards but once I went to the next map it took the rewards away. Send a ticket to Customer service and this is their response -

This map is not finished yet, you can farm materials in the map but no rewards for complete mission.

I am a bit confused here as the story line continues so how is the map not finished as it shows me getting the rewards but then takes it away when I proceed?

I've already stated many times.

Proceeding forward into the unfinished maps will not give you any rewards whatsoever.

Doesn't the 6m power bosses even give you a slight​ feeling that the maps aren't finished yet?

How is it unfinished when the story line continues. I did not go to the maps straight away from how I was adviced if I wanted to, but clicked on the mission on the right hand side and it let me continue. Previously it did not as it was obviously not complete but yesterday it let me. Also I got to flip the cards after the completion of maps and showed me getting rewards, but then took then away. So how is all this not complete ?

If it was incomplete it should not have let me flip the cards nor shown me getting the rewards.

Some questions then:

How much power do the mobs have? and the end bosses?

Did not check but have to agree it was pretty easy compared to the previous ones.

But the point is why have the flip cards and the rewards shown as given. If that feature was not there I would have stopped after the first map. Not a big deal but do you understand what I am trying to say . If the maps are not complete why let me continue the story line? Why show the rewards as given then take it away?

I normally put it on auto ( the main reason I play this game compared to similar games of this kind) and do other things as I can only play in short bursts

When the patch finally gets released, they will up the power of the bosses, and we'll have to reenter and win them again. Then we should get rewards, pretty sure they will reset us all to start again. I hope that is soon, before boredom causes more players to leave.

They didn't reset us for the justice bosses when they were fixed, you going to be long dead if your holding your breath for them to reset you for judgement bosses because its sure as hell not happening.

How is it unfinished content when you click on the mission on the right had side and it lets you continue. Honestly do you even read what I said. Before it did not let me continue just yesterday it did and had the card flips and showed the rewards I got and gave those to me only when you go to the next map that it removes it from you again. Does that make sense to you Kruize or do I need to spell it out for you.

My main bitch is why let me continue now when previously it did not and why give me the rewards and then take it away from me. Is that okay to complain about or you like Herby have your head up Tynon's butt so far you cannot listen to what others are saying ( sorry had to be rude here as I am trying to make a point)

About the fact you could enter and complete the maps its been accessible for 2 months now, so as far as I'm concerned until they put out a patch note saying 'Searing Desert is available'

Edit: Yes I have long since finished it and have no issues with completing broken content and not receiving prizes. I know all to well what I was doing, thus I side with Tynon as a player can easily tell what content is finished/unfinished.

You still do not get it do you it showed I got the prizes even what I got from the card flips, then it took it away from me. I would not have cared a rats it there was no prizes but why show as given and then take it away. As for your your comment about they informing us on the patches really ?? where have you been living all this while under a rock?? Has Tynon ever been so efficient regarding their update on when patches have been introduced?
