To get VIP 11 it costs over $40k USD and $80k USD for VIP 12. With this, you are awarded no cool downs for Talent and Black Smith Respectively.
If you purchased enough gems to get to these points, you would have MAXED out both talent (VIP 11) and BS (VIP 12).
So what is the Point about the cool down removal when there is a CAP? Is this some sort of a RIP off SCAM?
Talent and Black Smith should not have a CAP.
This needs to be FIXED.

VIP 11 and 12 are there as "posts" to define the upper ceiling of VIP levels, to make VIP 10 and below possible purchases.
It doesn't mean anyone's going to buy up to VIP 11 or 12.

if you sink all that money in the first few days even weeks of server
You could then save all the gems you would use to clear cool downs
use the perks form vip 11 and 12
never need to open extra cues
and have a ton more gems to use on opening chip slots and buying gems and cards and stars
and paying 100 gems every time you saint etc
SO there is a point to it i think, but only if you hit vip 11 and 12 very early in a server.
But if you gradually over the course of many months upgrade to vip 11 and 12 the perks for those levels become pointless.
even still... it is misleading marketing. one would hope and aspire for such benefit and find out it is nullified?

False, you would still have access to the vip bonus and could have achieved it much earlier in your progression. Plus to have any sort of case, you'd have to prove that Tynon never had any intention of removing the lvl 100 caps. (tough to do). Just calm down and they'll up them shortly i'm sure. (plus have you even maxed everything? if so that's one hell of a feat only 7 months live.
Even if you did max out, then they raised them it would only be 10-20 levels anyways, VIP 11-12 will never be worth it, and $40k on this game you would need to see a doctor and have some rehab.

If you spent 40-80k to buy in-game virtual currency, I think you've been scammed regardless of the VIP rewards. Besides, why would anyone care what the VIP 11 and 12 rewards were unless they were planning to go for them?
