Thread: VIP 11 and VIP 12 RIP OFF MUST BE FIXED

Tynon definitely has the legal aspect covered. They sold gems rather than vip and the cooldowns are removed as promised. The caps on everything, however, is a disappointment whether you paid money or not. They should think about the 'make game infinite idea'... would really encourage those V11 and V12 purchases.

This is nonsense Dawn. If you put it out there to get to vip 11 you need to spend $xxk USD to get a perk and that perk winds up being nullified when it is reached, this is a matter of courts to decide. But I do believe it is mis-leading and wrong. There is no way for a new player to know there is a cap until someone reaches it. Not many people have reached it until recently.
Why as a new player, without knowledge of the game drop $40k into it?

It may not be illegal, but it is taking advantage of the players because the same company that is selling the product (free cooldowns) knows that it will have limited use. I am probably risking my nelly earned moderator status by saying this, but that the way I feel.
It can easily been proven as "misleading". My brother in law is an attorney, and if a person has $40k to spend on a game, they sure hell can afford a lawyer (a damn good one too).

Great...so you B-I-L knows about law...that says nothing about your own experience. Also, to be able to win any sort of civil case like this you're going to need to prove malicious intent...(Tynon deliberately meant to mislead). There is no way you could prove this and there would be no chance of winning. If you were really that upset you can always just file a paypal dispute and you'll most likely get your money back (people did it in Evony all the time), just expect your account to be closed.
