Recieved a mail from Tynon Dev Teams saying that gold heroes will not get white sanctify, well my character (KikuriHime) in server 116 gets a white on my Shayd hero card as a result for its second sanctified time...

send a ticket to support. They should fix it in 30-45 days. Maybe faster. but it does take them a while at times
