I read it as a mail send to him after he posted the same question to suporrt, not some kind of impersonation. Odd that it was seen as trolling imo.

Apparently we have some idiots on the forums as well that thinks he was impersonating the support team...

It's taking all the self-control I have to not troll on them right now.

If anyone has any issues or questions with why infractions were given, threads being closed as suchlike, please PM the mod concerned. Both myself and Jupitor would be more than happy to discuss it with you. However, if you are still unhappy with how these things are being dealt with feel free to make a complaint to Dawnseeker.

Please do not openly discuss infractions or create threads to make public complaints about Tynon staff or moderators. It's bad form and could lead to action being taken, something I personally do not like doing. You really wouldn't like it if any of us started creating threads to discuss how inappropriately some of you have behaved and it's not too much that it is something that both we and the forum rules ask you all to adhere to.

I will be closing this thread because it's clearly breaching the rules and is unhealthy for this forum. Please refrain from repeating any similar threads again-next time I'll be flexing mod-muscle!
