Is getting the moral +15 as a sanctify useful ? Or should I remove it since we have that facility now

yea remove it, i don't see any use

As soon as you start with 130 morale, it is useless. Herja drains 5 and Flavius drains 25. I had one and got rid of it (luckily before we had to pay gems, it was my first sanctification).
