I just experienced the same problem. I was doing the Ball quest on auto-battle. The system seemed to freeze then quit and now I cannot log back in. I am playing on Hammer of Thor.

The same stuff happened yesterday when I was trying to play on the new server. When I finally logged back in, my character had everything reset to level 2. That was annoying.
