I also have a problem. My char "Lotte" doesn't have a blue beginners box next to vip reward box and 40level reward box. Everyone said i should have a blue beginners reward box that gives like a few Gems and other rewards for 7 days. I don't have that box and I spent quite some $$ on buying gems and now i found out I should have had a beginners reward box but havent? Very irritating.

Clearing firefox cache, clearing flash cashe doesnt help. When i make a new test char to see if it gets a blue beginners reward box, yes it gets it. But my char didn't. Pls fix it pls. Thanks!
