I agree. I understand these things happen but right before a boss fight....really? And if it isn't maintenance and is an issue, I can definitely understand why people want compensation. I know many, including myself have spent money on this game and at the very least, you should make Baal available all day or something. Understand I rearranged my schedule to be able to do this boss fight with my guild, as many others have and that is why I feel we need to be compensated as well. We give you our money and our time and you need to be able to keep up your end of the deal or reimburse us when you cannot.
