damn i can load a server too i havent played on bu not ones i am playing so Fed up I am actually laughing at the stupidity of this situation. how did they even get this game off the ground with such ineptness

The thing is, most moderators dont have any technical exp, so they have to tell the next run up the ladder and that goes up and up till someone knows what they are talking about, then that is passed back down the same way till it gets to the people who give the info here, this is why issues take so long to be communicated back to the players.

Most players dont care that your down, its the lack of answers you give for the reason ur down, so much easier to say, server overload, play will resume in an hour, rather than getting a lot of pizzed off customers ranting on forums, im sure with a lil bit of code tweaking you could place on home page that server is down for x hours/mins while we fix a problem.

That way the customers know there is an issue and what seems the anti social dev team dont need to speak to us :P

just be patient i need 3 more levels for the 45 begginers reward and im vip2 but i aint complaining all games have technical problems just this looks like server crashed and everyone is still logged in who got disconnected a bit ago
