Lol make a ticket don't help I got email back saying on 2 accts they took almost 1k gems cause i moved realms and fact is the accts they were talking abut or guilds to verify this were 2 different accts in 2 different guilds on 2 different realms. I pointed this out to them and still no reply. If they can't tell the difference in Alias at 2 different guilds or realms and fix it. They not going to help anyone else either unless maybe you spend money and then you are important to them so they might. but if you don't spend money forget it you don't count or matter.

I am having a very strange problem that started this morning.

Said "email does not exist" when logging on. It will let me log in on the beta site and then once that is done it will let me sign in on the regular site.

I played for a long time, but once Baal was about 3 minutes away it booted me. Now I have to log in on beta then on regular, but now it will not load. It just has a black screen that says "Loading".

I have no idea what to do. I have cleared my cache and that does not help.

Edit: I am playing Wrath of Odin. Have been playing since Monday with no problems until today. And now my sister is having the same problem.

at least your accts are loading to a point all i see is loading... for over half hr now even try to refresh log out and in still notihng

During gameplay, my game froze and, after waiting several minutes, I had no choice but to close my browser (this has happened multiple times).
Now, I am unable to log back in. When I click on "start game," I get a black screen only displaying the word "Loading." Usually, nothing else happens past this point. Once and a while, I will get the option to create a new character (odd since I am still logged in under my email address). Yet I cannot seem to log back in with my character.

Has anyone else had this problem? Any suggestion on what I can do on my end to alleviate this frequently occurring problem?

Any input will be appreciated.

yes , when i try to go game , black screen with 'Loading...' in big white letters at bottom.

Ok guys for future reference if you're having server problems, please post which server you play and trying to log in to.

It helps Tynon sort the problem out faster.
