Right click on any Flash movie/game and the last item on the context menu should be "About Adobe Flash Player x.xx"
I'm not saying there is a problem with your computer. You should send the entire error message, plus other relevant information (your OS, browser and version, etc.) to Tynon support. They're the most qualified to help you with this, but you can also post that information here and maybe someone here can help. I would certainly try.
