    "Email does not exist"

    My roommate is having trouble with his account. While he was trying to collect a stake from the arena, he was disconnected from the server. When he tried to log back in, the game gave him a message saying that his email does not exist, but if you search for him, his character is still in the game. Can someone help him get his account back?
    This is the server: Wrath of Odin
    The name of the account in question is "Obadiah" and email is DELETED

    I'm having a similar problem with an alternate acct that ported over from the Beta test. It recognizes the e-mail but I don't recall setting up a password. the password reset function does not send a reset email. I've posted in several areas, and sent emails to no avail so far. Any help would be appreciated.

    server: Wrath of Odin
    Name of the acct: Esmerelda and email is [emailDELETED[/email]

    "NO EMAIL m" lvl 27 "NO PASSWORD"

    I tried to e-mail "admin@tynon.com" and i get a mailer daemon e-mail back !

    Do not put any of your details on forums, this our public and specially not your password.
    Relating to the issue,it happened to me.

    So I click START GAME and a LOG IN WINDOWS pops up, that's where I put my details.

    I understand how to log in Boro. I never was asked to set up a password in the beta. always came in through Facebook. Now that doesn't work. the signin recognizes the email but the reset email is not sent to my inbox. And yes I've checked the spam and junk email boxes also,

    Is their a customer service link, outside of the billing issue one?
