i had this happen to me 4 days running just recently. i took screenshots showing health and moves left, then added these to the tickets i sent into support. hasn't happened since.....but having said that, i've not actually received a response from support on this particular matter and my tickets date back to the 24th jan 2014.
Some times my tickets are fixed and I get no response. This is usually for missing resources and I know that it was fixed because I got them back. Since it stopped happening it may be that they fixed the bug and did not update the ticket. As far as not getting compensated for the stamina that you used and wasted because of the failed run and/or the resources that you did not get and could not get because the failed run means that you lost a run for that day, I have yet to get any thing for any ticket that involves early termination in the Lab, so welcome to the club.Originally Posted by jlh8182_5553285
