There's not much reduction if you look at it.

Before, the total damage per realm for the 1.25b hp banish was 125,000k coins.

Now it's 100,000k.

That's why most players got a 20% reduction since 25 is 20% of 125.

The 250m hp banishes and lower are not affected whatsoever.
