i bought smoulder 711 gem from fair and now it said you need major to use ! i have 30k rep ! .shouldnt that damn fair tell me that you cant use it for now ?so what now ? i can just watch that damn card ? or yes i can save it till i reach 500k rep ! it was really a joke
That doesn't sound right. I'll check into it. You should only need to be major to recruit Smoulder from the tavern, by my understanding.

That is the way it works. Just because you buy the card in the Fair it does not mean that you can get the Hero if you have not unlocked it. Before the change that added all the new heroes all the heroes card would show up in the Fair and if you bought one that you had not unlocked you had to 'sit on it' untill you did. When the new heroes were added since the unlocking mechanism was not related to your level when people bought the cards they were able to get the hero even though they had not beaten him in the Royal Arena. Soon thereafter a change was made do that unless you had beaten (not sure if joining you is also a requirement) the hero's card would not show up in the Fair, but for the Heroes that unlock by level that has not changed.Originally Posted by RuneBlade_2570367

It is an inconsistency in the game that should be fixed, but not a bug per se since it is working as it always did and as it was originally designed to work.

My first question would be why did you even consider buying Smoulder. He is one of the worst heros
I ask tynon to exchange smoulder card with 711 gem that i spent and add a notification to buy heroes that we cant use !
where i can have answer from tynon? is it right place or i should post else where ?
