I think the real point of this message is that people want to see talent caps raised, and new content to be released. The frustration with the pops is only an expression of pent-up, deeper frustrations.

Yes and no. Yes, I think that there cap should be lifted, but tied to the player level. For example, when you reach 110 it unlocks level 101. Reach 111 unlocks 102, and so on. In any case, I would like to see any pop up warning like this to be suppressed when the suggested action is impossible and that was the reason of my initial post.

I your level 40 you can't get your talents more than 40 until you level up to 41 and so on for every level, so that is how it should be now as well. Since level 110 is max for now talents should reach level 110 too.
