And to Morgan "spirit of the game" really? on an online game ?

So you agree they did not break any rules and Yue did a nice gesture to help a guild mate out. After all he has used his resources ( time and money) to get to where he is and it is not your call to tell him to sit out CWF.
Spirit of any game is fair and fun competition, Noob.

Apart from a couple of over zealous comments, most agreed this was 'rigging' not cheating so I'm not sure why you are so keen for clarity. My 'perilously close' remark was referring to how this could be interpreted, rather than any major wrong doing. I wasn't telling anyone to do anything either, just agreeing with some else's comment. Let's be honest, if you haven't the heart to win, why put you energy into a competition like this.

Also I really feel that letting the top 8 sit out a few runs of CW would be an excellent idea and be good for this balance thing you seem to want.
If you can't win them all, you sure as hell want to win those you can enter...
Which really is the whole point of the Asia-Pacific final being highlighted. To be honest I feel a bit sorry for Yue and Nixon being thrown into the limelight like this but at least they both unearthed a major future problem. Maybe a 'sit out' might work but it'll be interesting to see what others come up with.

Why not add variety? To avoid the off-chance that the same two people meet in the finals all the time, or that guild-mates meet in the finals, to avoid the temptation to "fix" or "Rig" the championships.

Look at the US CWFs, its always been a challenge once you get into the top 16, or even top 32. The winners are usually different each round, and the competition is really tough, the fights are mostly nail-biters and are decided by very small margins. THIS is the true spirit of Championship Warfare.

Since the Europe and Asia-Pacific servers have a lot less population than the US ones, thus, the CWFs being won by always the same group of people, why not MERGE THE EUROPE AND ASIA-PACIFIC CHAMPIONSHIP WARFARES TOGETHER?

The only challenge really is finding a common time to satisfy both players' timezones.
The time zone's would be a very big challenge, there is a 8-12 hour difference. However, compared to the US division there is a lot smaller player base.
