Technically, no. But it is not possible to have rules that list out and cover all dubious or unethical behavior that occur in all circumstances. If we go with "if the rules doesn't say no, you can do it", well then pretty much anything goes (hey, nothing in the ToS says I can threaten other players in real life when I find out where they are through channels outside Tynon, right?).
Besides, according to the ToS:
The question now is, should uCool deem such match-fixing like this to be in conflict with the spirit or intent of the Service, when in other games (regardless whether they be sports or not. Sport is still a game) match-fixing is deemed cheating.You agree that you will not, under any circumstances:
a. Engage in any act that uCool deems to be in conflict with the spirit or intent of the Service, including but not limited to circumventing or manipulating these Terms, our game rules, game mechanics or policies;
It lost me tickets and other who are in the whole scheme are gaining tickets that they shouldn't.
And I did not say that "it is illegal". I am questioning why match-fixing is not deemed illegal here when in every other game (up to and including big sport events) it is.
And your cynicism and assumption that I would engage in such behaviour is rude and illogical. I don't know about you but most people in this world have something called a "conscious".
And just in case you don't know: I'm not just referring to this match with Yue since I think she is just being nice to her opponent, but I've heard stories where people fix matches like this so that their friends can get more tickets than they are supposed to.
