The problem is no more a system exploit that setting up the formations for HP. What makes this different is the betting. If the player lets the Guildmate win, in my opinion, it is not an exploit. Yes the people that placed bets, specially the ones that used Gems to increase the bets, have a good reason not to be happy with the players actions but that does not make it an exploit.

In the other hand, if it was set up so that the player's friends or guild mates wold know ahead of time and bet on the fight knowing the the obvious winner would loose, then it is an exploit.
