That said, if they did re-imburse people for those 10-25 gems, im confident that they would only want to do this once, and inturn be forced into takign some sort of preventative action in the future.

Why should Tynon re-imburse gems for someone's stupidity ? You bet at your own risk as no one is forcing you to bet gems and the tickets you get betting without gems is as good.
