Thread: 1009 error everywhere... am I the only one?

    1009 error everywhere... am I the only one?

    Was there a new patch put in? I'm getting a 1009 every where I go. I've tried refreshing and even moving to another computer. Same thing. Am I the only one? This is very frustrating since one of the errors is concurring when I try to claim a reward from a package a guildie bought.

    I had that yesterday but was able to get rid of it by closing my browser and re-opening it. Reload didn't work by itself.

    Try refreshing your browser as someone stated above. If that doesn't work clear your cache/cookies and then if that doesn't work submit a support ticket through customer service.

    Some of my Guildmates and I have it this morning. Clearing the Browser and Flash cache does not help. The only way to get rid of it is to click on 'Open', then click on 'Claim' (both should be visible and not covered by the error message) and then refresh. Your gift is not lost.

    Yea, I tried all that as well. No luck. I noticed the Open button but it mentions 100 gems and knowing Tynon, it would take 100 gems from me if I clicked it.
