Banish is all about stunning, draining morale and hitting hard to a single target. This is not a direct answer to your question but more of the way I have developed my Banish formation.
I have found that Sha performs better that Queen B as far as stunning. I gave up on Cia a while back and have never tried Flavius in Banish. I also have not tried Percy vs Calvin, but Calvin hits harder so he is probably better to have as a morale drainer.
As far as the rest, use your hardest individual hitters. For example, Blood hits a single target harder that Adam, specially on Adam's skill attack.
I have full LB sets on all my heroes so they do skill attacks about every other round. Since defensive equipment is useless in Banish, you mat want to experiment with removing a chest guard or some other defensive equipment on heroes like Adam so that they do not use their skill attack that does less damage to a single target that their regular attack.
Once you have figured out what heroes are the hardest hitters then try this formation
0 - 0 - Sha
h1 - h2 - h4
0 - calvin - 0
sub h2
Where h1 is your hardest hitter and h4 your weakest. Unless Sha stuns on the first round, h4 never gets a chance to attack but the sub comes in and gets at least 1 round. In my situation with Calving draining morale every other round the Boss never gets to use his skill attack except on rare occasions where Sha fails to stun at just the right time. The heroes die in this order. h4, h3, h2, h1, Sha and finally Calvin.
Since you probably do not have a LB set of 6 to give to Calvin your results will be different that mine. In any case, I have been using this formation for several months and it has worked well for me.
