Is there some way or some manner that we can see the power level or be able to click on our guild members to see what their power is in the member window? Instead of having to search each member by name in the ranking. I am trying to build a database for my guild on members power and ranks and form teams for sailing and the like. Thanks.

To find their info, the easiest thing to do would be to do as g346007_1906957 said: During a game of GW, click on a city and there is a display of players' powers there. Another quick-ish way is to look at the guildmates around you in arena.
But in short, there is no quick way to find guildmates' power from the guild menu that I know of.

Thanks, but its just a kind of request for the tynon team to make it so we can. Also being able to use the practice straight from the guild member window would be nice too.

Use the search feature of Rankings to find them. Remember that the power displayed in Rankings is the maximum attained and not what they have with their current configuration.
